ABOUT ME

I am an Assistant Professor in the Strategy department at HEC Paris and a chair holder of the Hi! Paris Center on AI and Data Science for Science, Business, and Society. I received my Ph.D. from Columbia Business School.

I am a Strategy scholar and computational social scientist focused on topics at the nexus of organizational culture and social network structure. I am interested in organizational culture and language, social network dynamics, and knowledge transfer, especially in the context of digitization.
